Want to lose a few pounds and shed a couple of inches off that waist? Are you constantly trying to fit in that pair of dress or pants you have always desired? Have you experienced shortness of breath even after walking for a few meters from your car to the office? If you answered yes to all of these questions, then it's high time for you to do something about it. You need not shell out loads of money to be a member of those high class gyms in order to be fit. You don't have to buy those expensive all- in -one exercise machines, as advertised on infomercials. Much less you need those ridiculously expensive supplements you see on TV.
You don't need to have all those in your checklist. One thing that has got to be on top of that checklist is your resolve to weight loss, thus lead a healthier lifestyle.

the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way. As defined by Mr. Webster, it may be the only thing you need in order to get fit. But your action may come up with better results with the help of simple stuff you may already have at home. Below are simple things that may be just lying around in your house.
Acne Treatment

Trainer shoes/ sneakers.
Go ahead. Try them on. Walk a few blocks in your neighborhood. Best to do early in the morning before you head off to work. At least thirty minutes of brisk walking daily will sure to get your blood pumping and provide you energy for the rest of the day. You not only get yourself fit in the process, but you also have the chance to appreciate your neighborhood. You can also hook up with fellow walkers/ joggers you might see in your area.

Bike
If walking and/or jogging might be too hard for your knees and legs to handle, then biking is the one for you. Not only will be easier on your knees, but it will get you the chance to go places without leaving any carbon footprint as you would normally do when using your car. But be sure to wear protective gear when biking though, most especially when you prefer biking in the afternoon until early evening. It is imperative that you use reflectors to let cars and other users of the road see you.
Whatever suits you, this simple household stuff may just be what you need to jump start your healthy lifestyle.
